By using brandlist.pk (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this site is

brandlist.pk is an independent, informational comparison directory of Pakistani fashion brands. We are not a retailer, marketplace or brand representative. We do not sell, stock, ship, price or process payments for any product, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a brand.

No sponsorship, no paid ranking

Nothing on this Site is for sale. We do not accept payment for listings, placement, badges or ranking, and no listing is promoted above another. Every brand page and every position in the directory is generated by the same rules from the same catalogue data. If we ever introduce paid placement, it will be clearly labelled and these terms will say so first.

No affiliation or endorsement

We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the brands listed, and being listed does not imply that a brand endorses us. Brand names and trademarks identify the brands they belong to.

Accuracy & reliability — provided “as is”

All information — prices, sale percentages, availability, fabric content, delivery charges, payment options, catalogue counts, locations and comparisons — is collected automatically from publicly available sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify the current price, product details and terms on the brand’s own website before relying on them or making a purchase.

Authenticity, safety & quality

We do not verify and make no representation about the authenticity, legitimacy, legality, safety, quality, sizing, condition or delivery of any brand, product or service. Any reliance you place on the Site is strictly at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from dealings with a brand found through the Site.

Images, logos & intellectual property

We own none of the images on this Site. Product photographs, banners, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification, description and comparison only. If you believe content infringes your rights, or you are a rights holder who wants an image or listing removed, email legal@brandlist.pk with the relevant URL; we will remove or amend it within five working days. The Site’s own design, code and compiled indexes are © brandlist.pk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, brandlist.pk and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it.

External links

The Site links to brand websites and social pages. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms or the Site (including data and listings) at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
